Ray Cary
Associate Consultant

Ray has over 39 year’s industry experience including exploration, feasibility studies, project development, and project financing, mining operations and due diligence studies. He has international experience in the evaluation of operations and advanced development projects for possible acquisition or financing. Ray’s expertise lies in the preparation of Independent Assessments and Valuations of mining and exploration assets for inclusion in Independent Expert Reports and Prospectuses. Ray was the principal contributor to the review of the Valmin Code which led to the release of the 2005 Edition. In addition, he has extensive experience in cash flow modelling and financial analysis for feasibility studies, banking and business improvement purposes.

Operations and projects include both large and small scale open pit and underground mining operations for a variety of commodities, but particularly for gold, base metals and iron. The geographic spread of activities includes Australia, the United States and Canada, France, New Zealand, Fiji, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, West and Central Africa, Kazakhstan, Scandinavia, China and Mongolia.

Peter Cranfield
Associate Mining Engineer

Peter is a Mining Engineer with over 30 years experience in the mining industry throughout SE Asia and Australia, specialising in alluvial mining. His experience includes 10 years operating and managing narrow vein underground mines and 20 years in alluvial mining and processing, covering exploration, development and production for tin, wolfram, gold, and diamonds. In addition, he has expertise in alluvial resource evaluation, feasibility studies, planning and development of new mines. Peter has substantial experience in remote area operation and development.

Karl Lindsay-Park
Associate Geologist

Karl is a geologist with over 20 years experience in the planning, supervision and management of exploration programs from reconnaissance investigation through to resource evaluation. He excels in the design and implementation of practical and cost effective exploration programs. Karl has worked on gold, base metal, iron ore, uranium and rare earth element deposits throughout Australia with the majority of these projects in the Northern Territory.

Dr. Rebecca Sproule
Associate Geologist

Rebecca is a geologist with high level expertise in magmatic Nickel-Copper -Cobalt -Platinum Group Element (Ni-Cu-Co-PGE) deposits associated with tholeiitic and komatiitic systems, and contact-type, chonolith-hosted, reef-type and hydrothermal Platinum Group Element (PGE) deposits. Her expertise includes the identification of favourable host rocks, terrane selection and the development of targeting criteria.

Rebecca also has extensive experience with the design and implementation of mapping programs, the development of lithogeochemical and assay sampling programs, as well as the management of reconnaissance field programs in a variety of terrains and remote locations around the world. The geographic spread of these exploration activities includes Australia, Finland, Canada, Uruguay, Brazil, China, India, Botswana and South Africa.
