Ryan has more than 15 years’ experience in reporting and analysis, process improvement, taxation, enterprise systems and project management.  He is a CPA and commenced his career at PwC in advisory prior to moving into commercial roles across retail, financial services, building and construction. He has played a key role in driving the strategic growth of several privately owned small to medium enterprises, including the financial management of acquisitions and alliances.  He has been instrumental in helping Australian companies grow and establish themselves in the international market arena, with a strong focus on compliance and risk management.  Ryan has helped drive the improvement of management and governance practices of small professional services firms enabling them to compete with larger and more established competitors.  He has worked in financial roles across Australia, UK, and the Middle East and sits on board for non for profit youth training services.

Dr English is highly experienced geologist with more than 20 years’ experience in earth science management.  He has worked as a technical geologist and manager targeting precious metals, base metals, oil and gas and has experience in hydrogeology.  Luc has developed his skills globally on projects in Africa, Australia, UK and throughout Central America.  He has been based in Nicaragua for nine years managing a team of geoscientists through multiple exploration, hydrogeological and geotechnical drilling programs.  His strong networks throughout Central America in the resource industry and government coupled with his fluency in Spanish, enables him to provide valuable local advice for our clients looking to access projects in this region.

She has spent twelve of those years working within the travel industry in the roles of retail and corporate consultant and supervisory related roles. Chris has been instrumental in the development of procedures and systems of work which has resulted in achieving optimal results.  She is a highly reliable source point in the organisation and possesses sound time management and organisational skills and has demonstrated success in managing heavy workloads with conflicting priorities.  Chris is highly interpersonal and approachable and has a strong background in understanding client needs and developing strong relationships with clients, managers and peers.

Dale is a geologist with more than 20 years’ experience in Exploration / Mining software including Micromine, QGIS, ArcGIS, MapInfo and SQL databases. Dale has focused on the development of data management and GIS solutions for clients and employers from grassroots exploration projects through to feasibility studies and mining projects. He has worked in North America, Africa, Asia and the Middle East and has gained an excellent understanding of the unique challenges faced in remote locations around the world.  Dale possesses an intimate knowledge of computer hardware and systems developed through practical field experience and works closely with the technology team to ensure that solutions are both practical and robust.

Graham Jeffress is a geologist with more than 28 years' experience in exploration and management in Australia, PNG and Indonesia. His broad experience across the mining sector underpins CSA Global's specialist technical corporate services. He is responsible for a coordinating a vast pool of high calibre specialists in Australia and internationally. His role on the Joint Ore Reserves Committee (JORC) ensures he is very well informed in key regulatory matters. Graham manages small and large projects with our clients throughout Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Europe, the Americas, and Australasia. He works collaboratively with our international offices to ensure we get the right skill set for each role, which can be anything from initial high-level fatal flaw checks through comprehensive due diligence to independent technical reporting and valuation of large multiple project mining operations.

Patrick is a geologist with over 15 years' experience in geological disciplines ranging from mapping and exploration to working as a project leader for community development and sustainability groups in Ireland and Australia. Patrick is responsible for the management of our eastern Australian offices in Brisbane and Darwin. He is also strongly involved with our PacRim customers and maintains close contacts with the Indonesian and Singapore offices to service our Asian and American clients.

Aaron is a geologist with over 24 years' experience in mining, resource development and exploration. Aaron has broad geological knowledge which enables him to meet JORC Competent Person requirements across a range of styles of mineralisation. His geological knowledge is complimented by significant mine production experience at both underground and open pit operations. This provides him with the necessary insight to assemble and lead teams to provide essential and practical resource estimation and mining geology outcomes to meet our client's objectives.

Chris has more than 15 years’ experience working in the technology industry. Before leaving the UK, Chris was employed as Operations Manager for the UK’s largest technology retailer, GAME Group. Chris has significant experience in providing IT services to a range of industries, where he works with companies to manage IT and improve company productivity. He has most recently managed IT infrastructure for a number of Perth based mining companies with remote sites throughout Africa. Chris has a passion for all things technical but also has the ability to convey this in a non-jargon manner. With technical expertise in a range of cloud platforms such as Azure, Office 365 and AWS, and understands how to leverage these technologies to get the most from them. He is currently Non-Executive Director for CSA Global's subsidiary company, Spring Tech where he provides strategic technology advice and support.

Karl van Olden is a mining engineer with more than 25 years' experience in planning, development and operations of a diverse range of open pit and underground resource assets across Africa, Asia and Australia. Karl manages the mine engineering team based in our Perth office and maintains global visibility of all engineering-related projects. Karl can assemble teams internationally to provide timely and practical advice from scoping level through to full feasibility studies, due diligence reviews, valuations and operational support. The mining team work closely with our resource team to ensure that good geology translates into effective mine planning and more efficient operations. The synergies created by this collaborative ethos enable our team to produce comprehensive solutions across the business value chain.

Igor Svintiskiy is a geologist with more than 26 years’ experience in exploration, resource modelling, variography, genesis of ore deposits and management exploration activity. He is proficient in GIS, Micromine, Digimine, MasterMineral and other data development based software.  He has previously taught at the Geological Faculty of Moscow’s State University on new methods of economical evaluation mineral resources deposits, resource classification and calculation, as well as teaching students on industry management, organisation and planning for mining and exploration.  He holds a Master of Science (Geology) and is currently a certified expert of NASE (National Association for Subsoil Expertise of Russia), a member of the Executive Committee of Russian Society for Mineral Resources Experts(OERN), as well as a member of Australian Institute of Geoscientists, East-Siberian Mining Commission, and the Society of Economic Geologists. He is fluent in Russian, Ukranian and English.

Marcus has close to 30 years experience in the mineral industry, ranging from early stage exploration activities, exploration management, strategy development and implementation, through to senior corporate management roles. Marcus has specialist expertise in Archaean and Birimian orogenic, intrusion related, and porphyry related gold (with copper), regolith interpretation and geochemistry as well as in litho-tectonic/structural analysis in the context of hydrothermal mineralisation. He uses these skills to deliver integrated, mineral systems-based, geological models and targeting advice. He is a leader with strong analytical and problem solving skills and demonstrated competency for applying advanced techniques to enhance project value delivering an excellent track record of discovery. Marcus’ significant corporate experience provides excellent skills in project risk analysis, ranking and valuation.

Qingtao Zeng – China Business Development Manager & Senior Geological Consultant

Qingtao has over 10 years’ experience as a geologist both within the resource industry and academia. He completed his PhD at the University of Western Australia in 2012 which focussed on the structural geology and geochemistry of orogenic and Carlin-type gold deposits in Central China. With his solid academic background, practical skills and extensive networks, Qingtao has an excellent reputation for introducing high quality assets into the Chinese market. Consequently he has built up strong connections to Chinese financial and mining industries, including major SoE’s and private companies.
