Mark is a geologist with more than 20 years’ multi-commodity experience. He has worked across a variety of geological terranes, with specialist expertise in the exploration for and the evaluation of iron ore, manganese and potash deposits. He has worked on more than 100 iron deposits throughout his career and possesses significant experience in the Pilbara, West Africa and Latin America. He has led manganese exploration efforts in Australian (East Arnhem Land) and Gabon, as well as potash projects in Canada (Saskatchewan) and Ethiopia. Mark possesses a high capability in project review and technical due diligence; he is an expert in the design and management of exploration programs. He has acknowledged skills at building relationships and team capability while maintaining the highest standards of excellence, professionalism and integrity. Mark has a very positive, friendly, can-do attitude and relishes in engaging and working with clients to achieve a common goal.

Ilmar is a principal geologist who has spent more than 35 years working in iron ore, and has extensive experience of the Pilbara region of West Australia, West Africa and Brazil. His experience ranges over the full cycle of projects, from managing greenfields exploration programmes through to mine development and technical mentoring. He has particular experience in geological interpretations and modelling of iron ore deposits, assessment of project potential and development of work programmes, due diligence, development of competency frameworks and associated training programmes, and provision of professional advice.
