Panel: Optimizing FPIC, hosted by ERM

Free, Prior and Informed Consent (FPIC) is now a requirement for major project approvals in British Columbia and is reflected in select federal regulatory and international standards.

The panel will discuss the changing requirements around engagement, and what new factors companies operating in Canada should consider to reduce avoidable project delays related to regulatory approvals, financing, and legal challenges.
