PERTH, AUSTRALIA – MARCH 6, 2015 – CSA Global today announced the appointment of Principal Mining Engineer Karl van Olden in the role of Manager – Mining to head up the multi-national consulting team’s Mining division based out of its head office in Perth, Western Australia.

Karl van Olden is a mining engineer with 25 years’ experience in planning, development and operation of a diverse range of open pit and underground resource assets globally. Karl’s broad expertise includes specialities in underground and open pit operations, ore reserves, mine planning, feasibility studies, financial analysis, valuation, sub-level caving, deep-level Witwatersrand gold mining, project management and management of technical teams.
