PERTH, WESTERN AUSTRALIA – Monday 12 June 2023 – CSA Global (an ERM Group company) is pleased to announce the appointment of Lindsay Farley as Principal Technical Consultant, Resource Geology to its Perth team.
With over two decades of experience in the resource industry, Lindsay brings a wealth of expertise in mine development, exploration, and resource estimation across various mineralization styles.
Lindsay has an impressive background, having worked on gold, nickel, copper, lead, and lithium projects in Australia and internationally. Most recently, he served as Geology Manager for a company actively involved in critical minerals exploration. Lindsay’s extensive experience and skills make him an invaluable addition to the CSA Global team.

Lindsay’s key areas of expertise include geostatistics, resource estimation and auditing, exploration targeting, and the design of exploration programs. His diverse skill set will support CSA Global’s clients in driving innovation across the entire life-of-mine value chain.

With a proven track record of success in mining and resource geology, Lindsay is known for providing practical solutions to clients through his operational and consulting experience. He excels in designing and executing exploration programs, data analysis, resource estimation, and mining geology. Lindsay is also an advanced user of Surpac, Datamine, and Supervisor software.
In his new role, Lindsay will be responsible for reviewing quality assurance procedures and quality control data provided by clients, validating drill hole and geological data, 3D modelling of geological features, statistical and geostatistical analysis of data, grade interpolation, validation of grade interpolation, and reporting Mineral Resource estimation results in accordance with relevant codes.
