Aaron Green
Director-Australasia
Aaron is a geologist and a partner with more than 20 years’ mining industry experience. Aaron’s main focus is ensuring the Australasian teams work together to deliver the best quality advice to our clients by ensuring strong communication and collaboration across offices. A large part of his role is managing the Perth head office, which houses our largest and most technically diverse teams. Aaron works daily with our international teams enabling CSA Global to provide our Australasian clients with local and international project access to our global pool of experts.

Marcus Willson
Exploration Manager
Marcus has close to 30 years experience in the mineral industry, ranging from early stage exploration activities, exploration management, strategy development and implementation, through to senior corporate management roles. Marcus has specialist expertise in Archaean and Birimian orogenic, intrusion related, and porphyry related gold (with copper), regolith interpretation and geochemistry as well as in litho-tectonic/structural analysis in the context of hydrothermal mineralisation. He uses these skills to deliver integrated, mineral systems-based, geological models and targeting advice. He is a leader with strong analytical and problem solving skills and demonstrated competency for applying advanced techniques to enhance project value delivering an excellent track record of discovery. Marcus’ significant corporate experience provides excellent skills in project risk analysis, ranking and valuation.

Graham Jeffress
Manager-Corporate
Graham is a geologist with more than 28 years’ experience in exploration and management in Australia, PNG and Indonesia. His broad experience across the mining sector underpins CSA Global’s specialist technical corporate services. He is responsible for a coordinating a vast pool of high calibre specialists in Australia and internationally. His role on the Joint Ore Reserves Committee (JORC) ensures he is very well informed in key regulatory matters. Graham manages small and large projects with our clients throughout Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Europe, the Americas, and Australasia. He works collaboratively with our international offices to ensure we get the right skill set for each role, which can be anything from initial high-level fatal flaw checks through comprehensive due diligence to independent technical reporting and valuation of large multiple project mining operations.

James Potter
Consultant Geologist (Kalgoorlie)
James is an experienced geologist with more than 15 years’ experience in minerals project management. He has worked in technical and leadership positions in exploration and resource development projects for precious and base metals. James has developed his skills predominantly in Australia with a focus on Archaean geology, however, has working knowledge of many other Australian geological regions as well as in Africa. He has been based in Kalgoorlie for the past seven years managing a team of geoscientists developing exploration, resource development and mining operations. James is a mineral systems generalist with a strong background in structural geology, data management and leadership. His value add approach to resource projects and strong networks in Australia enable him to add significant value to clients in the region.
