CSA Global Principal Geologist, Dr Andrew Scogings and Exploration and Evaluation Manager, Graham Jeffress will present at the Low Emissions and Technology Conference (incorporating the twelfth annual Australian Uranium Conference) between 15-16 November 2016 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Perth, Western Australia.
This year’s conference has been expanded to look at minerals such as Rare Earths Elements, Lithium, Graphite, Zinc, Cobalt and other minerals relevant to cleaner energy and energy storage. The conference will outline other metals and minerals produced in Australia, which along with uranium are critical in the production of low emissions electricity.

Andrew is a geologist with more than 25 years’ experience in industrial minerals exploration, product development and sales management. Andrew has published several papers on the requirements of the JORC Code 2012, with specific reference to Clause 49. He is a regular contributor to Industrial Minerals Magazine and has written articles about QA/QC, bulk density methods and petrography for industrial minerals exploration, in addition to co-authoring several papers that ranked global graphite exploration projects. He was recently senior author of two significant reviews: Natural Graphite Report – strategic outlook to 2020 and Drilling grade barite – Supply, Demand & Markets published in 2015 by Industrial Minerals Research (UK). Andrew is a Registered Professional Geoscientist (RP Geo. Industrial Minerals) with the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.

A geologist with over 25 years’ experience in exploration and management in Australia, PNG and Indonesia, Graham’s specialist exploration and evaluation expertise is one of the driving forces behind CSA Global’s reputation for excellence in its exploration services team. Graham is responsible for a vast pool of high calibre exploration geologists in Australia and internationally. Based in Perth head office, Graham coordinates large and small teams to work with our clients throughout Africa, Asia, Russia Europe and the Middle East. He works collaboratively with CSA Global’s international offices to ensure we get the right skill set for each role, which can be anything from initial targeting early stage exploration programs through to full management of large resource development projects.
