Meet CSA Global at AME Roundup 2018 in Vancouver, Canada

The CSA Global Vancouver team is looking forward to meeting you at the Association of Mineral Exploration (AME) Roundup between January 22-25, 2018 at the Vancouver Convention Centre West, Vancouver, Canada.

This years theme titled New Generation of Discovery will bring together geoscientists, prospectors, investors, suppliers and First Nation partners to share ideas that will help shape the future of mineral exploration and development.

Principal Consultant, Dennis Arne will present at the Pre Conference on Saturday 20th January 2018; a one day short course on Using QA-QC Data to Minimise Risks in Exploration and Resource Estimation.

Dr Reynolds is a geologist with almost 30 years’ experience in the mineral exploration industry from project generation to advanced project stage, encompassing targeting studies, project management, project due diligence, audit and optimisation, and expert reporting. Neal has worked on projects globally, with extensive experience in Asia, Africa, and Australia, and is particularly sought after for his specialist expertise in the metallogeny and mining industry in Southeast Asia. He has broad commodity experience and expertise in sediment-hosted and intrusive-related base metals and gold systems. He specialises in integrated mineral systems targeting at district to deposit scale, including the effective application of sedimentary geology, lithostratigraphy, structural geology, and alteration studies.

Dennis has over (30) years’ experience in exploration in a wide range of environments in both the minerals and the petroleum industries, as an academic, and in geological surveys. In recent years he has been involved as a consultant in the development of exploration programs for precious and base metals exploration in Australia, North America, South America and the Middle East. Specifically, this has included contributing to exploration targeting reviews and understanding gold and base metals mineral systems, the design, management and interpretation of surficial geochemical surveys, the interpretation of lithogeochemical data, the preparation of QA/QC protocols, reviews of geochemical data quality, and contributions to NI43-101 and JORC/Valmin technical reports. He has published extensively in the areas of applied geochemistry, economic geology and thermal history analysis for tectonic and petroleum exploration applications.

Chris Pennimpede
Operations Manager – Vancouver

Chris possesses more than nine years’ experience working in mineral exploration in Canada and the United States of America across multiple deposit types. As a project geologist, Chris led several successful gold and copper exploration projects in Yukon, BC, Nunavut and Alaska.  His strong analytical skills and geological knowledge have been utilised in completing research and valuation of mineral properties for potential merger and acquisition opportunities. He has extensively used GIS and modelling software for project planning and marketing materials, and has completed annual technical reports and NI43-101 reports.

Rob is a professional geologist with more than 10 years’ experience in the mineral exploration industry with a focus on Ni-Cu-PGE sulphide and gold exploration. Through his involvement in numerous reconnaissance and early-stage drilling programs, Rob has gained significant experience in a full range of technical and managerial aspects of exploration including data compilation, targeting, design and management of field campaigns, bedrock mapping, core logging, mentoring and reporting. He has a strong background in the interpretation of surficial media and rock geochemistry, and is an advocate of team-based targeting studies involving the integration of geological, geochemical, geophysical data.

Stan Wholley

Stan is a geologist and a manager with 25 years’ experience in exploration and mining geology. As President of the Americas, Stan is focused on ensuring that our network of staff and associates across the globe work collaboratively to achieve best outcomes for our clients. As a principal-level consultant, Stan provides high-level advice on a diverse range of topics from project management, valuations and geo-corporate strategy relating to ASX, TSX and LSE/AIM reporting and compliance.  He has strong experience in iron ore and base metal geology, together with demonstrated expertise in delivering high-quality outcomes from discovery through to resource development and training.
