Felix Lee – Director – Canada (Toronto)

Felix has 30 years of experience in independent geological due diligence reporting and mineral property valuation opinions to clients, and is well versed in Canadian National Instrument 43-101 reporting requirements. Felix has worked on several exploration and advanced-stage development projects in Canada, the United States, Mexico, Europe, South America, Central Asia, Asia and Africa.  He has been a Director of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) for the past ten years and is currently the PDAC’s 1st VP and serves on the PDAC’s Executive, Governance and Nominating, Membership, and Human Resources Development committees.  A registered Professional Geoscientist in Ontario, Felix holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from McMaster University and an MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management and Schulich School of Business.

Ian Trinder – Principal Geologist

Ian is a professional geologist with more than 30 years’ experience in working with junior exploration, mining companies and mineral exploration consultants.  He has considerable field exploration and project management experience in glaciated, desert and tropical terrains and has extensive experience in compilation, integration and interpretation of exploration datasets and authoring of exploration summary reports, assessment reports and, NI 43-101 technical reports. Ian is an expert in mineral exploration including compilation, integration and interpretation of drill hole, surface geology, geophysics, geochemistry and satellite imagery exploration datasets and technical reporting.  He is a Professional Geoscientist in the Provinces of Ontario (APGO) and Manitoba (APEGM), Member of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, Member of the Society of Economic Geologists.

Leon McGarry-Senior Resource Geologist

Leon McGarry-Senior Resource Geologist

Leon McGarry is a Senior Resource Geologist with more than nine years’ experience as a consultant to the exploration and mining industry. Leon has a strong background in project development from exploration to economic assessment and is a Qualified Person for mineral resource estimation of many types of gold, base metal and diamond deposits. He is a Professional Member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario and is a specialist in NI 43-101 technical reporting. His work has taken him to Africa, the Americas, Europe, Central Asia and the Middle East.

Adrian Martinez – Resource Consultant

Adrian Martinez – Resource Consultant
PhD, CFSG, BS, APEGBC P.Geo.

Adrian has more than 16 years of experience as a consultant on resource estimation and technical reports, operational auditing, due diligence and technical risk analysis, mine geology, sampling, mapping and geological interpretation. He has worked with various commodities such as gold, copper, nickel, submarine sills, barite, clay and limestone deposits.  Adrian has worked on Cuban projects in Moa Bay, Cementos Mariel, Oro Barita and Merceditas. Adrian has the ability to identify the right techniques and parameters for resource estimation, as well as potential issues of concern across projects.
