Galen is a geologist with more than 20 years’ experience in the international exploration and mining industry. During his career, Galen has gained broad industry experience covering exploration geology, resource estimation, feasibility studies, project evaluations, resource auditing, due diligence studies and expert reporting. He has worked throughout the globe from Eastern and Western Europe to Africa, Central Asia, Russia, Oceania, the Far East and throughout the Americas. Galen holds a Bachelor of Geology from the University of Portsmouth, United Kingdom and is a Fellow of AusIMM and the Geological Society of London.
Belinda van Lente
Senior Resource Geologist
BSc (Hons) Geology, MSc (Geology), PhD (Geology)
Belinda is a resource geologist with more than eleven years of industry experience, in the consulting and production environment. Her experience includes Mineral Resource Estimates and audits on various commodities, specialising in Archean and epithermal gold deposits in Mali, South Africa, Ghana, USA and Tanzania. Belinda has a clear understanding of the methods, standards and procedures used in the estimation and declaration of Mineral Resource estimates with further experience covering areas of grade control, database management and QAQC. She has a Bachelor of (Hons) of Geology, Masters of Science and a PhD in Geology. She is a member of the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions and the Geological Society of South Africa.
Thomas Branch
Senior Geologist – Exploration and Resources

Thomas possesses more than nine years’ experience as resource and exploration geologist. He spent the first five years managing remote drilling, sampling and mapping programs across Africa and in 2010, moved to London to focus on the estimation of resources with its associated auditing for compliance and technical reporting. Thomas has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) and a Masters of Science in Geology. He is a Fellow of the British Geological Society.
