Galen White – Director – Europe & Africa

Galen is a geologist and a director with more than twenty years’ experience in the international exploration and mining industry, of which the last ten years have been spent in consulting. Galen assists our clients in the areas of project development, scoping and feasibility studies, project evaluation and appraisal, mineral resource audits, due diligence studies, formal reporting and offering geo-corporate advice. He has worked throughout the globe in a variety of geological settings and commodities and acts as a competent/qualified person for JORC 2012, CIM and other CRIRSCO Code public reporting. Galen holds a Bachelor of Geology from the University of Portsmouth, United Kingdom and is a Fellow of AusIMM and the Geological Society of London.

Andre Vorster – Principal Consultant

Andre is a minerals industry professional with almost 20 years international experience as exploration manager and consultant for both private and public companies. Based in Johannesburg, South Africa he mostly works within Africa and has a sound understanding of the economical and political climate. His experience includes the development, initiation, management and review of exploration projects across a wide range of commodities and for all phases of exploration. This includes all aspects of mapping, sampling, geophysics management, trenching, pitting, bulk sampling and running of drilling campaigns. Andre’s strength is the marriage of technical and economic aspects of projects, facilitating the maximum economic benefit of each project. Having worked across a wide range of commodities, countries and cultures, Andre is often the first port of call for his clients to assist in developing and integrating their strategic, economic and technical facets within their business model.
