Felix Lee is an economic geologist with more than 28 years experience in independent geological due diligence reporting and mineral property valuation opinions to clients. He has been instrumental in assisting companies on the stock exchanges and has helped to raise finance for their projects. Felix has worked on a number exploration and advanced-stage development projects in Canada, the United States, Mexico, Europe, South America, Central Asia, Asia and Africa. He is the 2nd Vice President and a Director of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) and chairs the PDAC’s Governance and Nominating Committee. Felix holds a B.Sc. degree in geology from McMaster University and an M.B.A. degree from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and Schulich School of Business, York University.
Galen White – Managing Director – CSA Global UK

Galen is a geologist with more than 20 years’ experience in the international exploration and mining industry. During his career, Galen has gained broad industry experience covering exploration geology, resource estimation, feasibility studies, project evaluations, resource auditing, due diligence studies and expert reporting. He has worked throughout the globe from Eastern and Western Europe to Africa, Central Asia, Russia, Oceania, the Far East and throughout the Americas. Galen holds a Bachelor of Geology from the University of Portsmouth, United Kingdom and is a Fellow of AusIMM and the Geological Society of London.
Marcus Willson-Principal Geologist
M.Sc. Geology, B.Sc. Geology, MAIG, RPGeo
Marcus has 25 years’ experience in the mineral exploration industry, ranging from early stage exploration activities, exploration management, strategy development and implementation, through to senior corporate management roles. Marcus has specialist expertise in Archaean lode/orogenic gold, regolith interpretation and geochemistry as well as in geodynamic/litho-tectonic/structural/crustal evolution analysis in the context of hydrothermal mineralisation. He uses these skills to deliver integrated, mineral systems-based, geological models and targeting advice. He is a leader with strong analytical and problem solving skills and demonstrated competency for applying advanced technical techniques to enhance project value delivering an excellent track record of discovery. Marcus’ significant corporate experience provides excellent skills in project risk analysis, ranking and valuation.
