Jeff is the Managing Director of CSA Global. Jeff’s entrepreneurial acumen has been a significant factor in growing CSA Global’s business from a local Western Australian company into what it is today – a leading international mining consultancy providing specialist expertise across all stages of the mining life-cycle. A geologist by profession, Jeff holds a BSc. (Geology) and draws on more than 25 years’ experience in the exploration and mining industry. His technical expertise covers independent reporting, resource evaluation, feasibility studies, project development, mining operations and exploration. His experience also includes asset acquisitions, project financing, corporate advice and promotion of innovation. He has worked extensively throughout Australia and Asia, and has had project experience in the Americas, Africa and Europe. Jeff is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists, Australian Institute of Management, Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy.

Peter has more than twenty years executive experience leading global technology companies in the resources industry. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), national finalist in the Champion of Innovation Awards and Adjunct Professor of Strategy and Innovation at University of Western Australia.  Peter has extensive commercial board and advisory background in areas of entrepreneurship, innovation, mining and resources, and commerce.

Paul has more than 15 years experience in the legal sector and advises on a wide range of transactions and issues in the project lifecycle, including resource and infrastructure tenure issues, commercial matters and project structuring.  Paul has extensive experience in corporate advisory and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and resources and energy.  He has worked closely with Perth based energy and resource clients since he commenced his career, spending several years working with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission in its WA Regional Office, gaining experience in corporate governance, regulation and interaction with regulators before working in the finance and asset management sectors in London and Sydney.



Ryan Clarkson

Ryan has more than 15 years’ experience in reporting and analysis, process improvement, taxation, enterprise systems and project management.  He is a CPA and commenced his career at PwC in advisory prior to moving into commercial roles across retail, financial services, building and construction. He has played a key role in driving the strategic growth of several privately owned small to medium enterprises, including the financial management of acquisitions and alliances.  He has been instrumental in helping Australian companies grow and establish themselves in the international market arena, with a strong focus on compliance and risk management.  Ryan has helped drive the improvement of management and governance practices of small professional services firms to enabling them to compete with larger and more established competitors.  He has worked in financial roles across Australia, UK, and the Middle East and sits on board for non for profit youth training services.

Aaron is a geologist and manager with more than 20 years’ mining industry experience. Aaron’s main focus is ensuring the Australasian teams work together to deliver the best quality advice to our clients by ensuring strong communication and collaboration across offices. A large part of his role is managing the Perth head office, which houses our largest and most technically diverse teams. Aaron works daily with our international teams enabling CSA Global to provide our Australasian clients with local and international project access to our global pool of experts.

Felix has 30 years of experience in independent geological due diligence reporting and mineral property valuation opinions to clients, and is well versed in Canadian National Instrument 43-101 reporting requirements. Felix has worked on several exploration and advanced-stage development projects in Canada, the United States, Mexico, Europe, South America, Central Asia, Asia and Africa.  He has been a Director of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) for the past ten years and is currently the PDAC’s 1st VP and serves on the PDAC’s Executive, Governance and Nominating, Membership, and Human Resources Development committees.  A registered Professional Geoscientist in Ontario, Felix holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from McMaster University and an MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management and Schulich School of Business.

Patrick is a director of our Indonesian and Singaporean offices. Patrick’s experience and involvement on projects throughout Australia and the Pacific Rim provides the background to understand specific needs of our clients operating in these regions. Patrick is a geologist with over 15 years' experience in geological disciplines ranging from mapping and exploration to working as a project leader for community development and sustainability groups and project management in Europe, Asia, Latin America and Australia.

Dmitry has 26 years geological experience in mining, exploration and field work across multiple commodities including gold, copper, iron ore, coal and uranium. His work has taken him throughout Western and Eastern Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Central and South East Asia, the Far East, Canada and Australia.  Dmitry's knowledge of the mining industry in Russia has been instrumental in our strategy of developing our business in Russia and other FSU states.

Dr Reynolds is a geologist with almost 30 years' experience in the mineral exploration industry from project generation to advanced project stage, encompassing targeting studies, project management, project due diligence, audit and optimisation, and expert reporting. Neal has worked on projects globally, with extensive experience in Asia, Africa, and Australia, and is particularly sought after for his specialist expertise in the metallogeny and mining industry in Southeast Asia. He has broad commodity experience and expertise in sediment-hosted and intrusive-related base metals and gold systems. He specialises in integrated mineral systems targeting at district to deposit scale, including the effective application of sedimentary geology, lithostratigraphy, structural geology, and alteration studies.

Galen is a geologist and a director with more than twenty years’ experience in the international exploration and mining industry, of which the last ten years have been spent in consulting. Galen assists our clients in the areas of project development, scoping and feasibility studies, project evaluation and appraisal, mineral resource audits, due diligence studies, formal reporting and offering geo-corporate advice. He has worked throughout the globe in a variety of geological settings and commodities and acts as a competent/qualified person for JORC 2012, CIM and other CRIRSCO Code public reporting. Galen holds a Bachelor of Geology from the University of Portsmouth, United Kingdom and is a Fellow of AusIMM and the Geological Society of London.

Stan is a geologist and a manager with 25 years’ experience in exploration and mining geology. As President of the Americas, Stan is focused on ensuring that our network of staff and associates across the globe work collaboratively to achieve best outcomes for our clients. As a principal-level consultant, Stan provides high-level advice on a diverse range of topics from project management, valuations and geo-corporate strategy relating to ASX, TSX and LSE/AIM reporting and compliance.  He has strong experience in iron ore and base metal geology, together with demonstrated expertise in delivering high-quality outcomes from discovery through to resource development and training.
