PERTH, AUSTRALIA – SEPTEMBER 20, 2017 – The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Paul Harley as an Independent Non-Executive Director of CSA Global.
The appointment follows the resignation of Non-Executive Director, Mr. Brenton Siviour, who served the company for the past two decades.
Paul is a Partner and head of the Resources and Energy practice in Perth at HopgoodGanim Lawyers. He has been involved in the resources and energy industries in Australia throughout his career having worked at international firms, regulatory bodies and as a principal in niche firm Hunt & Humphry which recently merged with HopgoodGanim.
Paul has vast experience on financing projects, from an equity and debt perspective, having gained expertise in both London and Sydney working with international lenders and equity stakeholders on M&A transactions, project development and project financing. He advises on a wide range of transactions and issues in the project lifecycle, including resource, infrastructure and tenure issues, corporate and commercial matters, and project structuring.
