CSA Global was proud to have sponsored the 11th annual Student-Industry Mineral Exploration Workshop (S-IMEW) in Canada which came to an end last week with students deeming it to have been quite a success.
Twenty-six of the top nominated third, and fourth-year Canadian geoscience and post-secondary students were selected by PDAC to attend the workshop where they learned about the mineral exploration industry. The workshops provided students with an understanding of the geoscientist role and offered them an opportunity to attend field trips, presentations and lectures.
PDAC Student Program Co-ordinator, Marc Gasparotto outlined his personal thanks to CSA Global for continued support of the program and in particular, the contribution provided towards the dinner dialogue attended by the students.
