An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join the Administration team at CSA Global. This is a full-time role based in our Perth office.

We are seeking the services of a dedicated Receptionist/Administration Assistant who is a team player and contributes actively towards a positive work environment.

About the Role

The Reception/Administration Assistant will provide essential administration support to the Perth office but will also be called upon to assist our Global offices.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Must maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to be forward thinking and plan
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently
  • Work collaboratively
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office products, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; including knowledge of Adobe PDF reader and writer
  • Proactive in solving problems
  • Strong ability to prioritise
  • Be able to meet tight deadlines
  • Show initiative and willingness to learn
  • Mature outlook and
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
