Stan Wholley
BSc (Geology), MAIG, MAICD, Postgraduate Diploma (Oenology)

Stan is a geologist and a manager with 25 years’ experience in exploration and mining geology. As President of the Americas, Stan is focused on ensuring that our network of staff and associates across the globe work collaboratively to achieve best outcomes for our clients. As a principal-level consultant, Stan provides high-level advice on a diverse range of topics from project management, valuations and geo-corporate strategy relating to ASX, TSX and LSE/AIM reporting and compliance. He has strong experience in iron ore and base metal geology, together with demonstrated expertise in delivering high-quality outcomes from discovery through to resource development and training.

Felix Lee
B.Sc., M.B.A., P.Geo

Felix has 30 years of experience in independent geological due diligence reporting and mineral property valuation opinions to clients, and is well versed in Canadian National Instrument 43-101 reporting requirements. Felix has worked on several exploration and advanced-stage development projects in Canada, the United States, Mexico, Europe, South America, Central Asia, Asia and Africa.  He has been a Director of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) for the past twelve years and is currently the PDAC’s 1st VP and serves on the PDAC’s Executive, Governance and Nominating, Membership, and Human Resources Development committees.  A registered Professional Geoscientist in Ontario, Felix holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from McMaster University and an MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management and Schulich School of Business.
